Terms of Service

1. License

When you purchase VoiceGem, you receive a non-exclusive, lifetime license to use the version you bought on the number of Macs included in your plan. The license is for you or your organization and may not be resold.

2. Open source

VoiceGem's source code is available under the GNU General Public License v3.0. You are free to build it yourself. A purchased license supports development and includes signed builds, automatic updates, and support.

3. Refunds

Not happy? Email us within 14 days of purchase for a full, no-questions-asked refund.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse VoiceGem, including attempting to circumvent licensing or using it for unlawful purposes.

5. Warranty & liability

VoiceGem is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
